District 211 has exciting pathways arranged with Harper College to offer Dual Credit for many courses.

It is recommended that students start with T672 in the summer. Passing this class will award the student college credit for NET 105 at Harper and qualify the student to take T673 Computer Repair dual credit during the school year.
​
Students may take the NET 105 competency test, which covers software and hardware concepts, to progress directly to T673 Computer Repair. The NET 105 competency test does not award students with Dual Credit with Harper's NET 105 course.
​
Completion of T672 IT Fundamentals D211 summer course and passing T673, students will be awarded college credit for Net 105, Net 111 and Net 112 for a total of NINE credits hours AND awarded the Computer Support Technician Certificate from Harper College!

If students do not take T672 (Summer) or pass the NET 105 Exam (Fall) they my remain in the course as students in T273 Computer Repair.
